Bulk Plant Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Bulk Plant Operator to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of products and services to our customers. This role involves managing bulk plant facilities, blending and mixing bulk materials, maintaining quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will be a local resident, as housing and travel are not provided.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of job deliverables.
• Blend and mix bulk products for delivery to well sites according to job program designs.
• Check and calculate material blend quantities prior to loading.
• Follow Product Line (PL) quality assurance procedures for proper loading.
• Coordinate the movement of bulk products with the PSD and Logistics Team.
• Assist in monthly inventory and daily paperwork completion for received and shipped goods.
• Label and store additives safely and ensure proper disposal of containers.
• Maintain bulk plant equipment through daily checks and ensure cleanliness.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
• Adhere to all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.
• Assist in training other operators and trainees.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Must be a local resident (no housing or travel provided).
• Experience in bulk material handling and blending.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures.
• Ability to perform inventory management and paperwork.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance.
