Location: 100% Remote, candidate can sit anywhere in the U.S.

SUMMARY: We are looking for a motivated recruiter with a passion for staffing with the ability to surpass aggressive goals in an ever-changing environment. This person will preferably have experience as a professional agency recruiter. The success of this role with require extreme efficiency with proven ability to produce quality candidates and the ability to act as a consultative partner to management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and implement sourcing strategies utilizing a variety of passive and direct methodologies such as cold calling, Boolean search, social networking, data mining, job postings, employee referral etc.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Conduct preliminary phone screens and assessment of candidates.
Create job descriptions and manage internal and external job postings.
Daily reporting of candidate status
Learn and understand each position in order to determine candidate qualifications and make appropriate recommendations.
Manage and update internal ATS with accuracy and in adherence to best practices and compliance requirements.
Consistently exceeding all hiring goals.
Attend career fairs and other networking events to source prospective candidates.
Develop and maintain positive and beneficial relationships with company management and industry professionals.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years recruiting experience recruiting
  • A high sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and adapt to multiple and, at times, competing requests with a positive attitude.
  • Superior customer service orientation.
  • High energy with excellent organizational, analytical and communications skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others.
  • Proficiency with ATS, Microsoft Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office applications
