Job Description:
Pay Rate: $ 130,000.00 - 150,000.00 depending on experience with full benefits
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Permian Warehousing operations. Ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouses, ensuring efficient storage & distribution; problem resolution, preparation and analysis of critical control reports and scorecards and process efficiencies. Develop and implement Continuous Improvement Initiative and strong business controls process. Role will have direct responsibility for team leadership.
Tasks And Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of the warehouse operations, including storing, shipping and receiving, physical inventory verification, and operational efficiency.
Directly responsible for warehouse management HSE programs, promotes safe working environment, and ensures reporting procedures for incidents are followed
Responsible for Business Controls and SOX controls performance
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve warehouses efficiency and accuracy, including CI (continuous improvement) initiatives, inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics and lead improvements.
Profile and Experience
Undergraduate (bachelor’s) degree in business administration, materials management, industrial distribution, engineering, or similar discipline required
Experience managing large warehouse operations with several products categories such as: spare parts, explosives, chemicals, MRO, etc.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management leadership role with a proven track record of success
Knowledge of the financial impact of inventory, warehouse inventory and cycle counting analysis, warehouse organization, and counting frequency is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience utilizing an ERP & warehousing system is required, SAP knowledge is preferred
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Strong customer service and continuous improvement mindset
