Job Description:
Pay Rate: Starting at $18 / hour or more, depending on experience plus overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to Hire.

Current Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday – Thursday) with mandatory overtime on some Fridays.
- Night Shift: 5pm - 3:30am (Monday - Friday) - $3 shift diff. With some required work days on Friday night into Saturday morning
- Weekend Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Friday – Sunday). This shift is 36 hours total (not rounded to 40) and includes a $2.50 shift differential.

Training: All new hires must train on the weekday day shift (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) for at least three weeks before moving to their assigned shift.

Job Summary:
The Assembly and Test Operator is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components of all products, selecting the correct tools and fixtures.
• Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
• Read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Create labor records for all transactions.
• Ensure good housekeeping within own work area.
• Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to relating Risk Assessments.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or related experience.
• Must be mechanically adept; able to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read, interpret, and carry out written and oral instructions; write legibly.
• Experience working with assembly related operations or equivalent preferred.
