Solar Technician (Level 2 or 3)
Location: Yerington, NV
Pay: $28- $35 + Health Care Benefits

We need Solar Technicians with the following experience within utility Solar Farms:
- Troubleshooting string outages
- Replacing Fuses/MC4s
- Isolating damage panels
- Wire management
- Nextracker and PE Inverter experience would be a bonus (not required)
Summary:
-Looking to hire immediately
-No travel required
-Looking for local candidates
-Looking for OSHA10 and NFPA70e certs (electrical safety certifications are a plus!)

Duties:
- Operations and Maintenance Technician of Solar Farm and Utility Solar Sites.
- Ensure proper alignment and positioning of solar panels for maximum energy efficiency.
- Connect solar panels to electrical systems, following safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of solar panel systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues or malfunctions in solar panel systems.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
- Have at least 2 years experience on a Solar Farm doing Technician / Troubleshooting work (O&M).
- Able to pass a drug and background screening.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
