Lead Solar Installers (Residential)

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a nationwide Solar Services Company in San Marcos, California

Job Description:
Pay Range from $28 - $30 /hr depending on experience per hour plus overtime and medical benefits in a W2 Contract to Hire
-They do not need to be certified electricians
-Will receive a company vehicle
-On the ground setting up safety and speaking with the homeowner, installing the electrical and managing his crews progress throughout the day.
-Leading a crew comprised of 3 other individuals
