Social Media Community Analyst

Pay Rate: $26.50 /hr plus medical benefits
Role is completely remote.
Daily shift is 10:00 am to 7:00 pm CST.
Must be flexible to work weekends.
Dedicated, private home workspace free of distractions and interruptions. Established home internet connectivity; minimum internet download speed of 15 Mbps | upload speed of 10 Mbps.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
This person will be responsible for monitoring and responding to all major social media platforms. The agents support and problem solve through various means like email, phone, social messaging, and text. Positive interactions in these channels are significant drivers of brand loyalty and the overall NPS score. Specifically, this person will work on investigating and responding to complex customer complaints across social platforms. This person will strive to resolve customer concerns and complaints, recommend solutions, and work cross-functionally to reach a win-win solution for all parties. To be successful in this role, this person should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to easily build rapport.
Professionally respond to and resolve inquiries to incoming consumer emails, phone, and review posts across a wide variety of topics including, but not limited to installation inquiries, basic trouble-shooting, use & care information, and complaints.
Respond quickly and professionally to social channel engagements on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YELP, Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, Best Company, Google Reviews, and other platforms.
