Customer Service Representative

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a national Solar Services company in Austin, TX

Job Description:
• Maintain high-end customer satisfaction in your homeowner interaction and communication
• Capture all customer-related data into SalesForce (CRM) and record all action taken in your communication
• Superb organization skills to stay on top of a high-volume pipeline of 80-100+ homeowners you are communicating with at any given time
• Interact with homeowners through inbound/outbound calls, web chat and email to collect signed utility solar applications and set timeline expectations for system activation
• Exceed service level agreements while working in a fast-paced environment
• Develop as a subject matter expert on the solar and new home building industry products

Required Qualifications:
• Associates degree and 4+ years related customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong computer skills, including strength in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle high inbound and outbound call volume
• Comfortable with customer engagement
• Highly organized and able to multi-task on the job

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Salesforce
• Naturally curious and focused on learning and getting better
• Knowledge of solar and leased services
