Accounting Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of accounting principles, with the ability to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with regulations. This role will involve managing accounts receivable, performing account analysis, and preparing comprehensive financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage reconciliations and audits.
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for management review, interpreting complex data for strategic decision-making.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure all accounts are accurately maintained.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial services initiatives and improve overall efficiency.

Skills

• Strong financial acumen with a proven track record in accounting management.
• Experience in the Project/EPC services sector is highly desirable.
• Ideally, candidates with previous renewable industry experience is a plus!
• Excellent skills in financial report interpretation and writing.
• Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliation accurately and efficiently.
• Strong mentoring skills with a focus on developing team capabilities.
• Familiarity with governmental accounting standards is advantageous.
