Job Description:
Pay Rate: Starting at $25 depending on experience hour plus Overtime and Medical benefits

Project Based Contractor role to assist with operations platform change management. This individual will assist with go-live task tracking, process flow documentation, customer outreach, and internal stakeholder engagement.


Assist with schedule management; update schedules to reflect current information, monitor critical path activities, and track outstanding items for this project. Maintain project documentation associated with internal and external communication, contract administration, schedule, and payments. Relationship builder through respect, empathy, effective and fair communication and being well organized. Tactfully drive and influence other stakeholders to execute on tasks and commitments. Understand a deliver on proactive communication with customers so they are never left wondering what is happening or what is next.

Knowledge and Technical Skills:· Applies concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through education, training or experience. Learns company- and function-specific standard operating procedures, data requirements, and associated processes and technologies. Fluent in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Experience using CRM productions such as SalesForce.
