Job Description:
Pay Rate: $19.25 / hour plus overtime under a W-2 Contract to Hire with Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits
Hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm

Job Summary:
The Quality Technician is responsible for conducting quality control activities such as inspections and reporting within the assigned organization.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct tests and inspect documentation, parts and components, materials, subassemblies, and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and standard work instructions.
- Use measurement equipment with valid calibration and apply acceptable repeatability and reproducibility.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
- Document the results of inspections and tests using the designated business system, following applicable procedures and test plans.
- Verify the stability of results over time, as applicable.
- Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to relating Risk Assessments.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma, GED, or related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret procedures / drawings.
- Carry out written and oral instructions.
- Write legibly.
- Attention to detail required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with quality control or inspections.
