Job Description:
Pay Rate: $22-$25/hr, depending on experience plus over time and medical benefits
The Quality Technician / Quality Inspector is responsible for conducting quality control activities such as
inspections and reporting within assigned organization.

Responsibilities
• Conduct tests and inspect documentation, parts and components, materials, subassemblies.
and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and standard work instructions.
• Use measurement systems with valid calibration and acceptable repeatability and reproducibility.
• Inspect machine parts having tight tolerances using precision equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and standard work instructions.
• Use measurement systems with valid calibration and acceptable repeatability and reproducibility.
• Document the results of inspections and tests using the designated business system, following the defined procedure and test plan.
• Knowledge of inspection equipment to include thread gauges, Surface Finish measuring equipment, Comparator, height gauges, ID and OD inspection equipment.
• Verify stability of results over time as applicable.
• Knowledge to verify the calibration of inspection equipment.
• Willing to learn and develop new tools and techniques.
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends.

Experience & Exposures:
Inspection experience highly preferred
Technology or Manufacturing Center experience highly preferred
Non-conformance management
Quality Control
Knowledge using SAP a plus
