This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a nationwide Oil & Gas company in: Midland, TX.
Job Summary:
This position involves assessing, developing, and managing water resources using advanced technologies. A team of specialists works on comprehensive assessments, engineering solutions, and environmental awareness for water resource management.
Work Schedule:
Hours: 12-hour shifts, rotating every 2 weeks (e.g., 4am - 4pm, 8am - 8pm, etc.)
Days: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.
Essential Responsibilities:
Review and ensure
resources are available for field activities.
Prepare daily reports and data charts, and perform data quality checks.
Load field data into databases.
Supervise and implement field activities according to plans.
Maintain compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Supervise contractor operations on-site and perform QA/QC of collected data.
Maintain communication with the location and report incidents promptly.
Handle client representatives on-site and relay feedback to the location.
Skills and Qualifications:
Skills Needed: Power of observation, initiative, creativity, teamwork, fieldwork dominance.
Education: Associate Degree, diploma (High school plus 2-3 years), or technical qualification.
Experience: Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
Key Competencies: Basic MS-Office skills, effective oral and written communication.
