Gas Turbine Mechanic


This is an exceptional opportunity to work with an Oil&Gas Services company in Houston, Texas


Job Description:

Pay: depending on experience plus overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to Hire


• As a Gas Turbine Mechanic, you’ll troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform the visual inspection of Aero Equipment.

• Whilst assisting in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment, you will perform all test with minimal instruction.

• You will provide technical support across the business whilst complying with HS&E policies.

• Demonstrating familiarity with hand, pneumatic and hydraulic tooling Accurately use precision measuring equipment (ID / OD / depth micrometers, calipers, etc.)

• Possessing a deep mechanical aptitude with ability to independently comprehend complex machining or assembly drawings

• Working as a team member to follow detailed work routers for inspection and repair of units and rotating equipment while under time constraints


Note that if you get hired you must undergo a background check, a driving records check and a drug screening
