Job Description
Pay Rate: $21hr
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7AM to 5PM
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the daily workflow of shop operations for the facilityAttendance and punctuality are expected upon accepting this position
Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures (steeled toed shoes, safety glasses and other Personal Protective Equipment that is required must always be worn while performing job)
Maintain high ethical standards
Maintain on-going communications and service with assigned customers, sales personnel, and reps to better understand and support needs
Assist in ensuring direct delivery of product to customers and reps occurs timely and with minimal freights costs and the need for main office sales personnel to be engaged in this activity
Responsible for reducing cost and investment of inventory management
Maintain custody controls over all inventory received, stored, and shipped.
Allocate available inventory in a manner that maximizes the satisfied customer base
Effectively manage customer requests, ensuring high degrees of customer satisfaction, including walk-ins and order fulfillment
Required driving of up to 25%
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience production, inventory, and customer support/service in oil & gas industryAt least 1 year of customer service experience
Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of ERP systems
