Job Description:
Pay Rate: $18 / hour plus overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to
Hours: 5am - 3:30pm

Job Summary:
• In charge of disassembling and cleaning equipment, is responsible for disassembling equipment to clean and refurbish it.
• This role contributes to cost savings by extending the lifespan of equipment and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Disassemble following specific procedures and using appropriate tools.
• Thoroughly clean equipment components to remove petroleum product residues, mud deposits, and other contaminants.
• Inspect disassembled parts to identify damage, wear, or signs of corrosion. Perform minor repairs if necessary, such as replacing seals or worn parts.
• Assemble equipment after cleaning and repair, following manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts and tools used in the disassembly and cleaning process.
• Follow strict safety protocols when handling petroleum products and using tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to schedule disassembly and cleaning times to minimize production interruptions.

Skills:
• Mechanical disassembly and assembly skills, including the use of manual and power tools. Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety standards.
• Inspection skills to identify defects and damage.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience
