Job Summary:
We are seeking a Shop Technician to support workshop operations and ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. This role involves scheduling, tool maintenance, compliance monitoring, and collaboration with internal teams and customers to meet expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist workshop personnel, including operators and trainees.
- Schedule and coordinate shop work to meet deadlines.
- Maintain tools and equipment, performing repairs/replacements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HSE safety standards.
- Keep accurate records of shop activities and report progress to managers.
- Collaborate with logistics teams for timely product delivery.
- Support engineers and specialists in meeting customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift operator license/certification is a plus.
