Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or later if job is not completed)
On-Call: Every 3rd weekend
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP
Travel/Housing: Not provided – candidates must be local
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Cable Spooler for a full-time, shop-based position in Ross, ND. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone mechanically inclined and looking to start a career in oilfield cable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and splice DH ESP Cable in a shop environment
Use of forklifts and mechanical hand tools (non-powered)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
Be available on-call every third weekend
Qualifications:
Mechanically inclined (required)
Ability to stand for long periods during the shift
High attention to detail
Forklift certification is a plus
Reliable and able to follow instructions
