Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and industrious Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring equipment is delivered on time and according to operational demands, increasing asset utilization and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures.
- Work under the direct supervision of Technicians or Maintenance Supervisors.
- Perform pre-use inspections on equipment before starting jobs.
- Select appropriate tooling for each job.
- Perform basic assembly and disassembly of oilfield equipment following established procedures.
- Utilize basic assembly tools and follow torque procedures; hand tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude are required.
- Communicate process and safety improvements throughout the shop.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant assembly and test experience or mechanically inclined experience.
- Overhead crane and forklift experience (preferred).
