This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a nationwide Oil&Gas Services company in Von Ormy, Texas
Job Description:
Pay Rate: $19/hr plus overtime in a W2 Contract to Hire with Medical Benefits
Rotation: 7 night shifts (6pm - 6am), 3 days off, then 7 day shifts (6am - 6pm), 4 days off
Two year college degree or oilfield experience preferred
- Develops functional knowledge and skills in laboratory operations for their assigned sub-segment (Cementing or Stimulation) in preparation for promotion to Laboratory Technician 1.
- Assists the senior Laboratory Technicians and Fluid Technical Engineers in performing verifiable quality assurance tests on company products, as well as, in preparing laboratory reports prior to service delivery on location.
- Complies with all Company & Regulatory HS&E & Quality and IT standards and policies. Wears all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required & maintains required HS&E & SQ certifications up-to-date.
- Develops the necessary competency to operate assigned equipment safely and independently.
