WAVSYS is hiring!!
- Ideal candidate will have 2-5 yrs of recruiting positions in the production chemical space, such as refinery roles (process engineers, field service reps, account reps, sales rep, chemical account manager)- Someone that has connections in the refinery space with success in sourcing candidates
Education:
Bachelors Degree required
Responsibilities:
Job function will consist sourcing qualified candidates by screening them, communication with hiring managers to provide updates on openings and assist with scheduling interviews, attend meetings as needed.
On average support 45 reqs with 60 openings.
Local candidates only, will be working remote
Schedule is M-F, 40 hours a week
Interviews will be held virtually
