Field Electro Mechanical Technician

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a nationwide Oil & Gas company in Colorado Springs, Colorado

We are conducting a hiring event on July 30th at 8am, attending this event is the only way to get hired.

Job Description:

Pay Rate: $20.50 / hour plus overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to Hire

Rotation: 20 days on / 10 days off

Flights and housing provided when on rotation

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on technical supervision and operating support, installation, repair and maintenance of equipment and services.

1. Trouble-shooting situations as required

2. Willingness to promote the product and service line

3. Good general attitude towards job duties

4. Willingness to work rigorous schedule in inclement weather and varying conditions

5. Ability to drive long distances and follow rigorous safety and procedural guidelines from corporate and our customers

6. Perform a variety of key tasks associated with site operations and rigging up/down of equipment and tools

7. Ensuring, as the representative, that the job goes as planned

8. Installing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing wellheads and valves per equipment specifications

9. Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings

10. Collaborating with sales, production, and engineering on products and installation issues to include process, spares parts, and fit and function

11. Communicating problems and issues with the job site leader

12. Preparing service tickets in a timely manner, per the guidelines

13. Maintaining responsibility for the safety of yourself and others, including reporting of all work-related injuries, near misses, equipment damage, and unsafe acts as soon as practicable to supervisor or senior technician

14. Advising customers on repair and replacement options and costs of standard products

15. Being a liaison between company sales, production, and engineering personnel and customers on product and product installation issues, including, but not limited to, job procedures, spare parts, and fit and function.

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

- HS Diploma required/GED, technical degree preferred

- Mechanically Inclined/Adept

- 3+ years of Oil & Gas or related industry experience

- 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance/technician field role
