Job Description:

Pay Rate: $18 to $20 /hr depending on experience plus overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to Hire
Hours: 5am - 3:30pm

Job Summary:
Build unwound stators by stacking laminations onto mandrel and inserting them into housing with a 100-ton horizontal press.
Straighten Unwound Stators utilizing a propane/oxygen torch and water or a 100-ton vertical press.
Must lift instruments that weigh as much as 40 pounds to verify straightness.
Wind stators by pushing or pulling copper magnet wire through laminations.
The number of wire in each slot varies from 3 to 32 wires.
Each wire is formed inside a housing that varies in diameter from 3.5 inches to 5.25inches.
Varnish stators by installing varnish tooling that weights up to 40 pounds, operate a personal computer and hang stator in vertical oven.
Requires working on catwalks and ladders as high as 35 feet above floor level.
Employee encounters ambient temperatures as high as 135º F and stator temperatures as high as 340º F when working the ovens.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• 1 year of experience
