Journeyman Electrician

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a nationwide Oil&Gas company at their base in Duncan, OK

Job Description:
Candidate does not have to be local as a contractor but must be in the Oklahoma area for now, relocation benefits near site will be offered. While on a job site lodging will be provided when necessary. 75% travel, 12 to 14 hours per day in the field or 8 to 10 hours per day in Duncan. May require working 7 days a week.

Requires a high school diploma, or equivalent, and a minimum of two years of experience with DC electrical systems and low and medium AC voltage. Two years of experience as a journeyman electrician or an electrician apprentice, performing commercial and industrial electrical installations and/or other standardized electrical training is preferred. State electrician license/certification or equivalent is preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license. General knowledge of switchgear, circuit breakers; General knowledge around insulation, shielding materials, system grounding and fault currents; Operates relevant testing equipment (Megger, Fluke 1630 ground tester) or equivalent; Interprets schematics, wiring diagrams.
