Job Description:

Pay Rate: Open, depending on experience plus Overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to Hire

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, 40 hours per week

Job Summary:

Under broad direction, responsible for leading and executing complex electronic and control system projects with engineers from multiple disciplines.

Serves as a technical expert by coaching and developing other employees. Implements new technologies in design of electronic systems.

Establishes best practices that incorporate Reliability, Health, Safety, and Environment concepts to guide others in analysis and design.

Ensures proper selection of empirical and analytical methods used in design verification.

Evaluates project risks and develops risk mitigation strategies.

Advises others in application of appropriate industry standards.

Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-disciplinary process improvement teams.

May be recognized as an authority both inside and outside of the company for providing advisory and consulting work for the organization.

Represents the Company in external professional societies and conferences.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline and 10 years of related experience.

Completion of a masters or doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline is preferred.
