Pay Rate: $25 an hour or more depending on experience with Full Benefits

Schedule: 14 days on, 7 days off (long hours)

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Shop & Field Mechanics to work on frac equipment and tractors at our Black Lick, PA location.

This role involves both shop and field work, requiring mechanics to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy equipment.

Candidates must be local enough to drive to one of our multiple shops across PA & WV—no travel is required beyond that.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair frac equipment, tractors, and other heavy machinery

Perform preventative maintenance, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs

Troubleshoot engine, transmission, and electrical systems

Work in both shop and field environments as needed

Maintain a safe and organized workspace

Work long hours in a demanding environment

Requirements:

Experience working on frac equipment, tractors, or heavy machinery

Ability to diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues

Must have own basic tools (specialty tools provided)

Must be local enough to commute to one of our PA or WV shops

Strong work ethic and ability to handle long shifts
