Job Description:
Pay Rate: $25 to 30$ hour depending on experience plus Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to Hire

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic specializing in Frac Equipment & Pumps to join our team in Odessa, TX. This position offers a dynamic work environment within a shop setting, focusing on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of frac equipment.

Ideal experience will be working on frac equipment. Must have their own tools.
Rotations are 14 days on, 7 days off
Mancamp (with meals) in Odessa is provided for non locals.

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on frac equipment and pumps to ensure optimal functionality and safety compliance.
Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Conduct thorough inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance procedures.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow and ensure efficient operations.
Adhere to company safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
