Job Description:
Pay Rate: $25 hour plus Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits under a W-2 Contract to Hire
Rotation: 14 days on, 7 days off
Mancamp (with meals) in Odessa is provided for non locals.

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic specializing in Frac Equipment & Pumps to join our team in Odessa, TX.
This position offers a dynamic work environment within a shop setting, focusing on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Frac equipment.
Perform regular maintenance and repairs on Frac equipment and pumps to ensure optimal functionality and safety compliance.
Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Conduct thorough inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance procedures.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow and ensure efficient operations.
Adhere to company safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a diesel mechanic, preferably working with Frac equipment and pumps.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and related components.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work on a 14 days on, 7 days off rotation schedule.
Valid driver's license
