This is an exceptional opportunity to work with an Oil&Gas Services company in Sugar Land, Texas

Job Description:

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr plus Overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to Hire

Hours: 1st Shift, 06:00 a.m - 02:00 p.m from Monday to Friday

Assembly and soldering of Printed Circuit Boards

Read design drawings

Electronic component identification

Understanding of Quality standards

Ability to use microscope for long periods of time

Follow standard procedures, Identifying solder defects

The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures.

Test assembled products.

Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.

Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.

Create labor records for all transactions.

Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum Years of experience: 2 – 3 years

Education Background: High School Diploma/ GED

Is there any certification preferred? IPC-610
