Manufacturing Production Supervisor.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a nationwide Oil & Gas company at their base in
Lawrence, KS.
Pay Rate: $79k - $81k / year
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Direct Hire
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing manufacturing teams and coordinating day-to-day production activities to assure the safe manufacturing of products, meeting work order due dates, on time delivery, and high product quality.
Key Functions:
1. Quality Assurance:
a. Provide Quality support and decision making (24/7) to production operators regarding all facets of the manufacturing process.
b. Aid in product acceptable based on Quality standards, product and process knowledge.
c. Gather and review data related to quality issues; provide and implement resolution to Quality concerns
d. Communicate to production operators; Quality standards set-forth by Quality Assurance (i.e. Special Condition Memos, process changes).
e. Ensure Quality Standards set-forth by Quality Assurance are maintained by production operators.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years related experience in field/technical/manufacturing area.
