Job Description
Pay Rate: $20 - $21/hr DOE + $3/hr Night Shift Differential
Hours: 7:00PM - 7:00AM, 11 days on / 3 days off (every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
Job Summary:
The Shop Operator I will work under general supervision and perform moderately complex and intricate operations and processes.
Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action ensuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively
Regularly and predictably attend work and be punctual
Minimum Qualification:
High school education or equivalent
Able to repair equipment
Understanding testing equipment and criteria
Working knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms. Body agility is emphasized.
Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind and humidity.
