Job Description
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (4 openings)
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (4 openings)
Job Summary:
- Prepare metal inserts by sandblasting, taping and applying adhesive.
- Trim finished rubber parts.
- Operate extruders and other machines as they relate to the preparation of raw material.
- Maintenance of equipment and raw materials requirements as established on the Production Order.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and drawing
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or shop environment
- Exposure to rubber molding, machine operation, or production equipment
- Experience using hand tools (knives, grinders)
- Familiarity with production or shop-floor processes
Education:
- Minimum: High school diploma or GED
