This is an exceptional opportunity to work with an Oil&Gas Services company in King of Prussia Pennsylvania

Job Description:
Pay Rate: Open depending on experience plus Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits under a W-2 Contract
Location: Primarily Valley Forge/King of Prussia, PA
Working Model: Hybrid (Tues & Wed in office)
Core hours: 9-5, flex hours available (can start as early as 7AM)
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (5+ years)
High quality communication skills with ability to turn it into simple terms
Maintain large workload - multiple projects running simultaneously
Collaborate with peers on specific projects and working with subject matter experts
Self starter
Attention to detail is key
Ancile and Poppulo program experience preferred
Experience with CRM Dynamics for 365 is a plus.
No Travel needed
Create comprehensive documentation on all processes within the company, ensuring clarity and accessibility for third-party contractors.
Translate technical processes into simple terms that are relatable and understandable for contractors with varying levels of expertise.

Communicate announcements and reminders regarding processes effectively to third-party contractors through various channels.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.

Maintain organized documentation repositories and update materials as processes evolve.

Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies to enhance contractor engagement and understanding.

Requirements:

Proven experience in technical writing, preferably within a similar industry or field.

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in simple terms.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
