Field Systems Assitant
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a nationwide Oil & Gahs company at their base in Midland, TX
Pay Rate: $20 - $25 / hour
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Job Summary:
- Help the FSM efficiently manage business processes and reporting by freeing up the FSM from systems administration and allowing the FSM time to function as a QMS process manager.
- Reduce the risk that an FSM move at 2 years will result in the breakdown of location processes.
- Improve the quality of reporting for Marketing & Technology Centers.
- Help get more value out of existing IT through better local expertise on current features.
- Support FTL, InTime, Stores, iDistrict / Delivery Express, and future applications such GTD.
Required Experience:
- InTouch
- FTL
- iDistrict
- OFS Reporter
- OFS Stores
- RITE.NET
- OFS Invoicer or SAP-SD
- QUEST
- Any other systems used by the FSM to support operations.
Education Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 months field location experience before basic FSA school.
- Minimum of 3 years FSA experience to reach Level 3.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook or Eudora.
