Define the system customer user experience; identify & document customer & business requirements to guide product & feature development Manage project status and metrics on project ROI Create business case documents (including incremental benefit/cost analysis) for Enterprise and Departmental projects Support the launch of new products and services Manage projects across the entire life cycle Conduct focus groups to define process and system improvements, leading to improved market competitiveness and margin of profitability Other duties as assigned by management.
