IT Desktop Analyst
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a nationwide Oil&Gas company in New Iberia, LA
Job Description:
Pay Rate: $26/hr plus medical benefits
Shift: 8-5 Monday-Friday
A+ Preferred but not required.
2 Year degree or equivalent work experience in IT field.
Daily responsibilities include re-imaging computers, working on software\hardware issues, Light network support, managing inventory, Legal Paperwork, Processing asset reassignments and returns.
350 users
7 sites including District Leadership
1 Stockroom
1 Ticket queue
1 Request queue
Travel: 20%
Prepare Weekly and Monthly Metrics reports
