Pay Rate: Open depending on experience plus overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to Hire

We are seeking a seasoned Private Jet Advisor to join our dynamic team. This is a sales role, perfect for someone with substantial experience in the aviation industry, whether as a broker or in a sales position. A significant advantage if you have an existing book of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to sell private jet services
• Leverage industry knowledge to provide expert advice and solutions to clients
• Manage and grow a personal book of business
• Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the aviation industry, either as a broker or in a sales role
• Existing book of clients is a major plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely if not based in Florida
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation:

• High commission package, especially for candidates with a book of clients
