Job Description:

seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and experience with SAP or other warehouse management software. This role focuses on inventory management and cycle counting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular inventory cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Utilize SAP or other warehouse management software to track and manage inventory levels.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
Assist with inventory audits and reporting.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper inventory handling and storage.
Maintain organized and accurate inventory records.
Identify and implement improvements in inventory management processes.
Support other warehouse functions as needed, with a primary focus on inventory management rather than forklift operation.
Requirements:

Proven experience in inventory management within a warehouse setting.
Proficiency in SAP or other warehouse management software.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other warehouse software systems.
Previous experience in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution center.
Knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures.
