Ideal candidate will have the following:
- Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to architects, designers, Owners Reps, Realtors and potential clients related to the real estate market and construction industry.
- Appointment Setting and Management: Coordinate and set up appointments with potential clients, ensuring a seamless and professional approach.
- Database Management: Create and maintain a detailed database of potential relationships, including contact information and interaction history.
Qualifications:
- Office based, must be able to work in the office
- University Bachelors Degree
- Bilingual - English/Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM software or other database management tools
