Job Description
A construction superintendent, also known as a construction supervisor or construction manager, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project from start to finish. Candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the construction site, including:
Planning, Scheduling, Quality Control and Supervision
- Candidate will create work schedules and coordinate activities with contractors. Additionally, monitor and document project progress, and may prepare progress reports and schedules for clients.
- Superintendents perform quality control and safety checks, and may conduct employee orientations.
- Supervise subcontractors and other staff, and may oversee many other supervisors, including foremen.
