This is an exceptional opportunity to work with an Oil&Gas Services company in Shreveport, Louisiana
Job Description:
Pay Rate: $18 / hour plus overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to Hire
Hours: 7am - 3pm or 8am - 5pm
Job Summary:
• The Receptionist is responsible for meeting and greeting visitors and customers at reception, and directing them to their appointment or meeting place.
• The Receptionist presents the corporate face to the public and employees, and helps create the first impression that each visitor receives.
• This person is familiar with company standards and corporate image, and ensures seamless front desk assistance to staff and visitors.
Responsibilities:
• Handle complex and confidential secretarial and administrative assignments.
• Perform secretarial duties as required, including: assistance with invoicing, managing Well files, assisting with maintaining aged reports
• Answer telephone and handle requests for information at an advanced level.
• Set up and maintain department records and files.
• Arrange travel schedules and reservations.
• Qualify purchasing request for office supplies: create and maintain purchase orders
• Monitor accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all critical business systems transactions.
• Coordinate meetings and office communications.
Experience & Exposures:
• Administration & Support
• Will maintain records for HR and Safety
• Some Admin. experience required
• Excel knowledge - able to pull reports preferred
• SAP experience is highly preferred
