This is an exceptional opportunity to work with an Oil&Gas Services company in Sugar Land, Texas

Job Description:
Pay Rate: $18-$21/hr depending on experience plus overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to Hire

Hours: Monday to Friday - 7:30am to 4:30pm - 40 hours a week

Job Summary:

Candidates have to have credit union and/or banking experience as a Teller
Maintain accurate transactional records, providing basic cash receipt and payment services in accordance with credit union procedures. Balance at the end of each day. This person will serve as the face of the credit union and must have a general understanding of credit union processes, products and services.
Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional and timely manner, providing prompt, accurate and efficient member transactions.
Receive share drafts/checks and cash for deposit to accounts, verify amounts, examine share drafts/checks for proper endorsement, and enter deposits into computer records.
Cash share drafts/checks and process withdrawals; payout money after verification of signatures and member balance
Promote and explain other credit union services such as consumer and mortgage loans, lRAs, certificates, and money orders.
Receive consumer loan, and other payments and ensure the payments match balances due. Enter payments into computer. Generate member receipts.
Places hold on accounts for uncollected funds.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, rules and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act and the Office of Foreign Assets Controls.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ recent experience at a credit union or bank as a Teller, required
Previous cash handling experience required
Teller Cash Recycler experience a plus
DNA experience a plus
