This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a nationwide Oil & Gas company rotating to Sugar Land, Texas

Job Description:
Pay Rate: $20 to $25/hr depending on experience plus overtime and medical benefits in a W2 Contract to Hire
Shift: 8am to 5pm M-F

The Sales and Business System Admin is responsible for providing administrative support in the location to the Sales Manager.
The support will enable the Sales Manager to focus on core Service Delivery activities.
Track job start and end dates in the planning system of record (iDistrict, JMP, FDP, Qtrac) and Billing assistance.
Support data entry in the planning system of record (iDistrict, JMP, FDP, Qtrac, SAP) and initiate relevant notifications to all involved parties.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager on an effective adherence to resources tracking and utilization.
Assist other functions in the location as directed by the Sales Manager
